I have questions/inquiries about my order. How do I contact you?

You can always send me an email if you have any questions! I try to respond in 24 hours during the work week.

BUT: please check out the FAQ first. You might find your answer there.

Do you do special orders (comissions)?

Yes! I regularly open my comissions for new work. Check it out here.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order and you have not yet received your shipping confirmation, email arenzestudios@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If you have already received your shipping confirmation, it is not possible to cancel your order.

If you want a refund, please check out the refund-tab.

Can I get a refund?

All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated.

If you received an order that is damaged or missing items, please contact me through email as soon as possible and I will be happy to send you a replacement (or a full refund) if applicable.

Please document the damages with photos.

When will my order be delivered?

It depends on the items you've ordered.

Please note that some of the products (posters and prints) are produced ON DEMAND. Allow 2-14 business days for your orders to be produced, packaged and sent.

If you've ordered a custom piece, we should already have discussed the timeframe for finishing the project.

Digitial items should arrive in your email just after the payment has gone through.
